Hi There!
My name is Tomas Cernansky,
I am a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
FL LMT LIC # MA 101927, EST LIC # MM 43644
Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP),
Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) and a
Certified Clinical Thermographer (CCT).
I specialize in medical bodywork for chronic conditions, injuries, and complex cases that have plateaued in standard care — using Craniosacral Therapy and medical bodywork for nervous system recovery as my primary treatment approach.
As part of an integrative approach - as an adjunct, I often work alongside primary care providers to help patients whose recovery has not fully progressed with standard care.
Additionally, I use medical investigative thermography to screen and assess how the body is responding to treatment over time.
Are you experiencing chronic pain, inflammation, headaches, anxiety, stress, or struggling to recover from an injury that hasn't fully resolved?
My goal is to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional function, and get back to a fuller quality of life — without reinjury.
My Journey as a Therapist and Health Care Professional
My path as a therapist and healthcare professional began in 2015, after I made the life-changing decision to leave a successful, high-stress corporate career that spanned two decades. Despite being at the peak of my professional life, I began to feel the toll of my demanding job — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was burned out, and my health was showing all the telltale signs. It became clear that it was time to pivot toward a more fulfilling and healthier career that aligned with my interest in recovery-focused, hands-on work.
Driven by my growing interest in rehabilitative bodywork, I enrolled in the medical massage and bodywork program at the University of Western States (UWS) in Portland, Oregon, one of the most respected and oldest chiropractic institutions in the U.S. There, I gained a deep understanding of rehabilitative bodywork and the critical role posture plays in maintaining lifelong health and function. After graduating as a Medical Massage Therapist, I further specialized by becoming a Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP).
My thirst for knowledge in health and recovery led me to The American College of Clinical Thermology, where I pursued certification as a Clinical Thermographer (CCT). This was a critically important moment in my journey, as I sought new and effective ways to uncover the often hidden origins of injuries, trauma, and chronic health conditions.
Interested in a comprehensive, whole-body approach to recovery, I went on to earn my certification as a Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition in 2021.
By that time, I was well-equipped and highly trained in my new professional calling, yet I still felt there was something more I needed to deepen my treatment approach.
It wasn't until the post-COVID era, after the lockdowns had ended, that I discovered Craniosacral Therapy (CST). After experiencing its effects firsthand, I was inspired to explore and further expand my knowledge of this evidence-informed manual therapy — which has since become my primary treatment method and main area of expertise. Since then, I've been continuously pursuing advanced CST courses through the Upledger Institute. I integrate these skills into my practice every day, with the goal of helping clients improve their mental, emotional, and physiological function, and overall quality of life. I am currently preparing to earn my Techniques Certification (CST-T) and plan to pursue the Craniosacral Practitioner Diplomate Certification (CST-D).
